Domestic Customers

Exchange Policy for Domestic Customers

Size Exchange

If you face any size issues, email us at care.thesilkstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • If reverse pickup is available for your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery location and send the replacement product.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to send the product back to us with your name and mobile number clearly mentioned on the package.

Note

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.

  • Exchanges for a different product are not accepted.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discounts are non-exchangeable.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it using the quickest possible delivery option.

All products undergo a three-layer quality check before dispatch, and the process is recorded for quality assurance. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, we will resolve it promptly.

When Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Color Variations

A variation of up to 10% in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography. Such differences are not eligible for exchange.

Material or Color Preferences

Exchanges are not allowed if the customer dislikes the material or color. We use high-quality materials and provide detailed product descriptions on our website. We recommend reviewing all product details before placing an order.

Customized Products

Exchanges are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products.

Cancellation Policy for Domestic Customers

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

International Customers

Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email care.thesilkstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy for International Customers

The same exchange policy applicable to domestic customers applies to international customers.

Cancellation Policy for International Customers
